- Minimum of 5 years programming PHP and Python
- Skill set - must have extensive experience in PHP and Python code, MySQL, Apache, and various Linux distributions
- The ability to type/keyboard 60 WPM or more
- A developer's primary responsibilities are to write and modify existing code, and debug problems. Red Cheetah is a complex web application integrating with many third parties, so the work is challenging, and will provide opportunity for growth.
- Developers are involved in team meetings to scope new revisions or improve existing functionality. While above-average teamwork is required, they must also demonstrate skills to solve problems with no or little supervision.
- Developers must demonstrate great attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented coding standards. Being quality focused, eager to learn, and able to respect timelines are all a must.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- The job requires extensive work using a computer.
- Responsibilities might require evening and weekend work on occasion but not as a normal daily course of business.

- Support Red Cheetah Dealers/Customers by providing order processing software configuration and functionality support
- Troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and follow through to resolution via phone calls and email
- Recording detailed documentation in support journals and tickets of each interaction with a Dealer
- Answering incoming main line calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in new software revisions testing and general daily system testing
- Provide input to improve Red Cheetah systems and processes
- Making proactive calls to our Dealers to keep them up to date on our software and to make sure all of their support needs and questions have been resolved
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
- Good English oral and written skills
- Past experience in a customer/IT support role or call center with a high call volume is preferred but not required
- Prior work experience with Windows based software and components of Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word. Experience with Internet browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer (IE) and Google Chrome. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus but not required.
- The ability to type/keyboard 60 WPM or more
- This position requires a personality geared toward excelling with teaching, training and assisting our Dealers with software support is most important.
- After adequate training, you must demonstrate problem solving skills with little supervision, working both independently and as a member of a team.
- Additionally, you will be expected to participate and provide ideas to continually improve Red Cheetah's software, training routines and customer support
- Supporting all Dealers assigned to them after the Dealer(s) have been released from Training through email and phone conversations
- Support all new fellow Team Members during the email, journal and ticketing Training phases
- Making follow up calls and/or email to our Dealers on a weekly basis to make sure all of their support needs and questions have been answered and resolved
- Assist in new software revision testing and daily general system testing of our software and support systems
- Create and maintain tickets, spreadsheets and journals for tracking purposes of the Dealer’s support and the resolution of problems reported Environmental Conditions:

- Complete sales process by converting prospective leads into clients

Sales Representatives are the first point of contact for office supply businesses interested in becoming Red Cheetah customers; therefore, extensive system knowledge is integral to the position and ongoing training reviews are expected. You can expect a large portion of your daily activity to be on the phone and online as Red Cheetah sales representatives spend the majority of their time qualifying inbound and outbound leads and providing software demonstrations to those qualified leads. Travel is required regularly to attend and sell at trade shows. Occasional regional travel may occur to visit prospective customers’ offices.
When a qualified lead is ready to sign on as a Red Cheetah client, the sale is not considered complete until a predetermined list of questions is answered and a signed contract is obtained. Sales representatives will continue to remain in touch with the client during the transition to a designated training in the training department, during training and in future software support.
A personality geared toward customer service is most important. Expertise with the Internet including web browsing and email is required. Experience using common office-based software applications is important.

Additionally, you will be expected to participate and provide ideas to continually improve Red Cheetah's software, service strategy, and tactics.
