First was the quick, professional way my requests for information were handled in my conversations with Jennifer Boyd. She is always on point and had answers to my mundane, redundant, and arcane questions.
The second factor in your favor: your company culture. It's obvious speaking with the Red Cheetah employees and viewing their pictures and videos on your website, your people love what they do and approach it in a fun, energizing way. Red Cheetah requires a paradigm shift for any dealer using DDMS. Going from menu driven, cumbersome, convoluted applications and processes to something so straight forward that it literally takes a 2 minute video and about 30 seconds actual application, really requires a change in thinking. I think now more about what we really need to do to grow our business, rather than what we need to do just to operate our business.
I spent my evening here Sunday watching Netflix and updating pricing. I can’t wait to NEVER do that again.

I have continued to pick up 3-5 new accounts every day and it is the Red Cheetah storefront that assists me securing these new accounts. Our online customers rave about the ease and use. We have secured some accounts simply by directing them to www.stotzfatzinger.com and giving them a password.

Great talking to you today, thanks for the information on IS. I will give them a call.
I can't tell you enough how pleased we are with our choice to leave DDMS. With Red Cheetah and E-automate we have been able to reduce our payroll 40%. Our monthly E-automate/Red Cheetah maintenance fee is $1,000.00 compared to $2,400 with DDMS. We went live on April 13th and haven't had to call for support in the last 2 month, not even a reboot on the server. Can't say that about DDMS.
In your company you do not need E-automate, just Quickbooks ($500) and Red Cheetah (onetime set-up of $2,500). I have been using Quickbooks to run 3 of my other companies for years and love it, so does my CPA.
Every one of my customers hands down prefer Red Cheetah over D-force 2 or ecenteractive. We lost NO customers in the conversion!!
Time are tough, how much $$$ would you save a year? $35,000 - $45,000 a year in maintenance alone?
Friend to friend its worth a look. We found that sometimes the hand you hold is the hand that holds you down... DDMS!!!I wish only you the best.

Due to the increased efficiency of using Red Cheetah we were able to eliminate 2 full time and 2 part time jobs. (We did not fire anyone, but we did not need to rehire anyone).
The decrease in the amount of manual processes and decrease in returns has been money in the bank for us! I would highly recommend Red Cheetah to any dealer.

Your software and ease of use has helped us grow our on-line ordering from 8% in 2004 to about 50% this year! Sometimes it scares us that the phones aren't ringing off the wall, but then we realize that we have setup so many of our customers and they do their own ordering!

We were with DDMS years ago and switched to Britannia to get away from them. They have not changed. After telling me "fees never go down," they asked what was going on different for us then before that we needed to lower our costs. Are they living in the same world we are?
Anyway, some comments about your software: Red Cheetah is very advanced over Britannia. I cannot now figure out how they get away with charging so much more. That said, Red Cheetah is far more advanced then we need. I am wishing for a dumbed down version so I could skip the training videos that do not apply to us. Back to training 3...
