My take on customer service:
Customer service is an important part of a company. It shows the customer how much we care about our company and them as our customers. Exceptional customer service makes the customers want to be with our company.
Why I like the industry:
There are a lot of great people in this industry.
Why I continue to show up for work:
I enjoy the day to day challenge of helping my dealers. I like being able to help others on a day to day basis.
What I do outside of work:
I enjoy being with my family. I have three beautiful daughters that keep me busy. I also like reading and watch sports (baseball, football, NASCAR, etc.) when I can.
