My role at Red Cheetah:
Director of Dealer Services. I manage the Dealer Advisor and Training teams. I work closely with both teams to review possible systems and/or dealer issues or questions, training improvements for both our team members as well as our dealers. I'm continually looking for ways to improve the level of service to our family of dealers.

Red Cheetah team members describe me as:
Oldest person at Red Cheetah, and no, I did not sell the tablets to Moses as Andrew protests. Approachable, easy to work with, knowledgeable within our software as well as the industry as a whole, caring, dedicated and loyal.

My management style:
I prefer to be a little more hands-off; I teach, train and give them the tools to do their job thereby giving my team members the ability to manage what they do as long as it fits within our company standards. If things start to head the wrong direction, it is time to step in and identify the problems and work together to right their ship.

Why I like the industry:
I love working with our team members as well as our dealers, we are all working toward the same goal to offer outstanding products and services to our customers.

Why I continue to show up for work:
I really enjoy working with people and computers, and every day brings a little different challenge to the table.

What I do outside of work:
UT and a Dallas Cowboys fan, I follow NASCAR, NHRA as well the AMA Supercross and outdoor motocross racing, and of course, Ping-Pong.
