About Andrew Morgan:
I am a student of social anthropology and human interaction. I love to see people rise to the occasion and what the human spirit is capable of achieving. I believe that there is almost no subject that, in the right light, cannot be laughed about to prevent the chronic human affliction of taking ourselves too seriously. I love to read and learn and think winning soothes the soul. I find my center and Zen in events and times that are either a physical or mental strain, and believe that it is difficult times that bring out the best in all of us.
My role at Red Cheetah:
I create strategies, end state, intent and cultural inclusion ensuring the executive team is agile and focused
What I bring to the table:
Always a fresh perspective based on my varied business background. As a former office products dealer and multi-business entrepreneur, I continually strive to be extremely collaborative, read, learn, and let the best idea win.
Leadership Style:
Set clear goals and trust in those around you and understand that they want to do a great job. Mentor them, give them the tools and stand back and watch. Watch them grow.
